The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence human resources on performance marketing micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This was conducted MSME Agropreneurs in Cikarang Regency, West Java. analysis method used Path Analysis. explanatory research. research population all agropreneur actors. a Likert questionnaire given 69 business results showed that Human Resources have positive effect marketing. Research also shows has MSMEs. together an effective consideration for management order achieve Enterprise performance.
